Port Macquarie's specialist phonics and literacy intervention for children aged 4 to 12. I'm Kelly, a certified Sounds Write Practitioner with 16 years' teaching experience, helping children build strong foundations in reading, spelling and writing.
Every child learns to read differently. I specialise in the foundational skills that unlock reading, spelling and confident writing, delivered in a warm, structured, play-friendly way using the Sounds Write approach.
Struggling to decode words or read fluently? Using the Sounds Write program, I help children crack the code and build real reading confidence.

I've spent 16 years teaching across early childhood and primary, the last 7 working with children right through the primary years. I know how children learn to read and write, and I know when they need extra support. That experience led me to further study: I'm a certified Sounds Write Practitioner and in the final year of a Master of Speech Pathology. I started WOW Kids to give Port Macquarie families access to that expertise locally and personally.
